INDEX REPRESENTS YOU
The National INDEX Council represents, with professionalism, the interests of the Maquiladora and Export Manufacturing Industry before the Federal Government and business organizations.
RELEVANCE
It has a network of committees consisting of 15 National Committees and 5 Working Groups that together encompass the main interests of the export industry.
PRE-VALIDATION
It has an authorization issued by SAT (Tax Administration Service) for pre-validation of customs declarations, offering a differentiated service, personalized and specialized attention, and competitive prices.
INDEX USA
In the United States, representation is provided through the index USA office, which maintains a permanent presence in Washington, advocating for the membership members interests before the U.S. Congress, business organizations, and relevant stakeholders.
INDEX UNIVERSITY
INDEX UNIVERSITY, the creation of an education platform designed for export manufacturing sector workers to receive official training validated by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP).

TAX ADMINISTRATION SERVICE (SAT)
There are four working groups established to address topics such as Bill of Lading, VAT and IEPS Certification, Combating Illegality, Transfer Pricing, and VAT Refunds.
SECRETARIAT OF ECONOMY
The establishment of a working group with the General Directorate of Commercial Facilitation and Foreign Trade has been defined to address matters related to the IMMEX Program.
